    Do you sell BHLPA products in store?
    At this time, we only sell direct thru our online store.  This helps up keep our overhead costs down and keep our prices affordable for you.  We can ship just about anywhere in the world.  


    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as payments thru Paypal.

    Do you sell Gift Cards?
    Yes, we do.  You can purchase a gift card HERE. Gift cards can be purchased in increments of $10, $25, $50 and $100.  Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.  There are no additional processing fees and no expiration dates.  Give a hockey player in your life the gift of choice and let them pick out their favorite products.

    All of our orders ship out of our fulfillment center in California.  

    How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.  

    How long does shipping take? 

    Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

    • Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days depending on order volume
    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once the order ships

    International Shipping (outside the USA)

    • Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days depending on order volume
    • Standard shipping typically takes 6-10 business days once the order ships (this varies by country)
    • Customs processing times vary by country

    I live outside the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
    Each country is different, but most likely yes you will be.  We suggest using this Duty Calculator resources to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives.  We do not over any customs fees or import taxes. They are the responsibility of the customer.  

    Can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  Please allow 24 hours for that tracking link to be updated by the shipping service.  Their tracking services don't always update every stop along the way, so don't be worried.  You can always reach out the shipping service directly or contact us and we can look into it for you as well.  

    Returns & Exchanges

    What's your return & exchange policy?
    Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final.  If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will be sure to get this fixed for you.  Please email us a picture of the damaged product to for approval.  Once approved, we will send out a brand new product to you and no cost to you.

    I have 2 of your shirts, but they fit differently. Why is one smaller?
    Some of our products are produced on different garment styles (for example: 100% cotton shirts might fit slightly different than our tri-blend shirts).

    How should I wash and care for my BHLPA shirts and sweatshirts?
    We recommend turning them inside out and machine wash on cold.  All of our shirts are pre-shrunk, but they tend to shrink slightly after being washed and dried.  To minimize shrinking, machine wash on low and hang dry or refrain from drying on high heat.
